Mrs. Ashley Aldridge

 

Mrs. Ashley Aldridge is starting her 16^th year in education. She is overjoyed to be in her fifth year as the counselor at Rockenbaugh. Before moving into counseling, Mrs. Aldridge taught 3^rd grade at Walnut Grove Elementary for 9 years and prior to that she spent time in 5^th grade, 6^th grade and 8^th grade classrooms.

 

After growing up in Crowley, Texas, Ashley moved to College Station for her college years. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies and then again in 2016 with a Masters in School Counseling. Needless to say, her family bleeds maroon! Whoop!

 

Mrs. Aldridge is not the only counselor in the family, her husband Adam is a middle school counselor in Northwest ISD. Ashley has two little ones of her own that definitely keep her on her toes- Grayson is 6 years old and will be in First Grade this year and Avery is 4 years old and will be starting her first year as a Dragon in the RES preschool program.

 

Mrs. Aldridge loves spending time with her babies, traveling, crafting and shopping. She cannot wait to continue to learn and grow with all the amazing kiddos at RES and help them navigate these precious elementary years!
